Head of Product & Founding Team

Column Software, Remote — February 2019 to January 2022

Column builds software to increase the utility of public interest information, beginning with public notices used by governments, lawyers, and publishers. During my time at Column, I:

1. Launched company from a team of 2 to 40+ full-time employees. Owned product development and product design functions from conception through significant venture funding rounds.
2. Shipped over 100 product features, driving product usage by over 30% month over month with 0% churn.
3. Led product strategy and product roadmap. Oversaw entire product release cycle from ideation, research, and design, to partnering with engineers for technical development, to launch and post-release analysis.
